Julie is a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher who received her credentials from Wanderlust in Hollywood and a Masters of Wisdom and Meditation Teacher Certification by davidji in Carlsbad, Ca. Julie has an extensive background in women's health and wellness with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from USC and a Masters of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Julie has a unique approach to her classes while maintaining the traditions and integrity of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.

Julie uses a combination of eastern and western therapies to assist women in achieving their health and fitness goals. After a comprehensive evaluation to determine the root cause of symptoms, a healing program will be designed around ones individual lifestyle and needs. With guidance and weekly support, you will improve your overall health, achieve personal goals, cultivate daily habits of physical movement, meditation, and learn tools to live your life in harmony and balance. You will also create new friendships and have on-going community support.
